The thought of attempting to see patients without our computers was frightening. My first call was to the plumber, the second to my insurace agent, and the third was to CC Plus. You were in my office that morning assessing the damage, and by that evening we had the ability to see patients the following morning. You understood our situation, and were more than just responsive, there was a genuine concern. This letter is in reference to Kevin Phillips, who I had the pleasure of meeting with today as he worked on my Kodak 8000C x-ray machine. Kevin was not only knowledgeable about the 8000 efficient in his correction of some of our problems but also very informative on some of the standards that will keep our machine running correctly. I want to take this opportunity to thank you and your staff for your expert installation of our new Kodak 8000 panorex. I was very concerned when we first purchased the machine about unforeseen problems that may arise during installation. It is a complex machine and it is something you simply can not plug and make it work. Our site had several issues we needed to plan for to make the installation work. When you came up for a site inspection, I was confident at that point, by talking to you, that you had the knowledge and training to install the panorex without problem. YOur thoroughness on the site inspection put my mind at easy that this installation would not disrupt the day to day operation of my office and that all the little details to the extent humanly possible were thought through and planned for. You were kind enough to take the time to answer all my questions, even those not directly related to the panorex.
I was not disappointed on the installation day. ALl the pieces of the puzzle came together and the job got done. I was glad you did not mind me watching and asking questions during the installation process. I like to know how all this high tech stuff works. It was a fun and exciting day. We did hit a few little bugs during the install and I was glad after a long day that the machine worked perfectly before you left.
The panorex has preformed well in the last month, the images are excellent. We have been on the phone to Kodak to iron out a few small bugs and their support has been very good.
